As usual with every GoTrax scooter, you get a 30-day return period, and a warranty period of 90 days. Within 3 weeks, our v2 started with the "loud 'grinding' noise from front/drive wheel" then the next day would not respond to throttle at all (unit powered on, but wouldn't go) and front/drive wheel would not spin freely with the scooter on or off.
